LITTLE DELI & DONUTS


We’re a little deli based in Cape Town. We specialise in hand-crafted donuts. Our donuts are hand-rolled, cut, and fried fresh each morning. Each week, we make a unique selection of 8 different flavours. The flavours change each Wednesday, and we rarely repeat. We take the classic donut and combine this with traditional desserts; nostalgic flavours; South African classics; French pastries; we've even made a donut waffle, or as we call it - the Do-Waffle!

We make New York-style vegan deli food, including brownies; sourdough sandwiches; filled bagels; cookies; sweet and savoury pies; muffins and a range of pastries. All the classics, but cruelty-free, plus all your daily provisions. 

As far as possible, we try make everything ourselves, including our butter, cheese, vegan deli meats; pies; pastry; dough and even our mayonnaise, because we care. This is ethical indulgence.

SPECIALITY DONUTS

All our donuts are batch-made using 100% natural ingredients, and every donut takes 18 hours to make. They are all hand-rolled and cut fresh every morning. Each week we create a unique selection of different flavours. The flavours change each Wednesday, and we rarely repeat. We take the classic donut and combine this with traditional desserts; nostalgic flavours; South African classics; French pastries; we've even made a donut waffle, or as we call it - the Do-Waffle! OUR COFFEE

We only use speciality grade coffee that is micro-roasted. We recently worked with Mikro Roastery in Hermanus to create our very own blend of unique Single Origin coffees, and developed it so that it works particularly well with plant-based Mylk.

A beautifully smooth, rounded coffee with caramel, toasted almond and dark chocolate notes, with a hint of pear. It has a full-bodied flavour with wonderful crema and a silky mouth feel.

Whilst it’s been designed to work well with your at home brew-style, we crafted this unique blend specifically for oat mylk espresso-based drinks. Sweet. Delicious. Moreish.
